Nine recorded provider responses
Contract × deployment matrix
MATCH means this response met the scenario assertions and its selected VOICE.md lint rules. It is not a general model score.

Authority boundary
Transcribe exactly. Shape only the response.
The raw ASR lane records provider segments without applying VoiceMD. The second stage applies executive_brief only when generating the human-facing response.

Input provenance limit. The decoded PCM input is bound by SHA-256 and byte count, but the input WAV is not published in this snapshot. This site alone cannot replay the transcription call.

What this snapshot proves
Every transcript, audio file, event trace, resolved contract, and manifest below is a repo-hosted artifact covered by the committed checksum inventory.
01
Supported
Eleven evidence bundles meet local hash and manifest verification.
The matrix used one prompt, scenario, endpoint fingerprint, and acoustic voice.
Exact captured transcripts and generated audio are available for inspection.
Every deterministic contract outcome remains visible.
02
Not supported
These deployment names do not identify fixed model snapshots.
Client-observed timings are not performance benchmarks or an SLA.
The files are not a provider-signed attestation.
This single synthetic scenario does not establish general response quality.
03
Reproducible locally
Verify the closed inventory without Azure credentials or network access:
The core CLI validates local VOICE.md files. Azure voice support is an optional extra; publishing the package remains a separate release step from this proof snapshot.
The page loads only local allowlisted files. Transcript text is inserted with DOM textContent; it is never interpreted as HTML. There are no analytics, external scripts, fonts, or live Azure calls.
